To all apes in the ape council, I would like to submit the following proposal for your consideration.

This will be a dual vote so please vote on both proposals.

I would like to suggest changing Partywars competition to a monthly or weekly prize structure. This will hopefully incentivise more parties to be created. Remember we need volume to generate fee's!

Here are the options

1) Top party each month wins 100k Pfi this would run for 20 months

2) Top Party every month wins 200k Pfi this would run for 10 months

3) Top party each week wins 20k Pfi this would run for 100 weeks

4) Top party each week wins 40k Pfi this would run for 50 weeks
